Refunds:
The customer could request a refund within seven days following the purchase. We also offer a money-back guarantee and product exchanges.
The product must be unopened and undamaged to be eligible for exchange.
Content:
The content found in our app is only the One Dollar Deal property. You cannot copy any content, article, or picture without our permission. We will take legal action in such cases.
No Use By Minors:
Children above 13 age can use our app under their parent’s supervision. In case any child under 13 years makes purchases of a product, one dollar deal will not be responsible for that.
Accounts:
When you create an account with us, we get full rights to use all your details submitted to you.
All these details can be changed anytime except for the user name. You can also request to delete all your data and information case for valid reasons.
Dollar Rate:
Product prices will be charged according to the current dollar rate in Pakistan.
Delivery Charges:
You can make a minimum purchase of Rs. 500. A delivery charge of Rs. 200 will be applied to all orders. There will be no delivery charges for orders above Rs. 2,000/-.
